Summary

This paper gives the temperature conditions for transportation of products that are sensitive to cold. Data on similar investigations currently carried out in Russia and abroad as well as on temperature conditions of transportation in different countries are given; optimum and cryoscopic temperatures for fruit and vegetables, conclusions as a result of investigations and recommendations for refining temperature for transportation of plant products are presented.
