Summary

The characteristics of a phosphoric acid fuel cell cogeneration system, especially waste heat recovery from cell stack and exhaust gas, are discussed, and operation of an absorption refrigerator using this waste heat is investigated. A phosphoric acid fuel cell cogeneration test facility was constructed, and power generation and waste heat recovery experiments were carried out; system performance was evaluated.
