Effect of atmosphere composition on the development of L. monocytogenes cell count and on pH of lamb (in pieces or minced) stored for 42 days at 0 and 5 deg C. Whatever the composition of the atmosphere, growth of L. monocytogenes is inhibited at 0 deg C.
