ISOELECTROFOCUSING SHOWS THREE GROUPS OF ALPHA-AMYLASE IN GERMINATED BARLEY. ALPHA-AMYLASES II AND III PREDOMINATE AND ALPHA-AMYLASE I IS PRESENT IN A LOWER AMOUNT.
