ISOTHERMAL CURRENT TRANSITION FROM SUPERCONDUCTING TO NORMAL STATE IN THIN TIN FILMS.
[In Russian. / En russe.]
Author(s) : SIVAKOV A. G.
Type of article: Article
Summary
THE DESTRUCTION OF SUPERCONDUCTIVITY BY CURRENT IN WIDE TIN FILMS IS INVESTIGATED. ISOTHERMAL CURRENT-VOLTAGE CURVES WITH WELL DEFINED VOLTAGE-INDEPENDENT EXCESS CURRENT ARE OBTAINED BY MEANS OF FILM THERMOMETER SITUATED DIRECTLY ON THE SAMPLE SURFACE AND THE FILM TEMPERATURE ELECTRONIC STABILIZATION SYSTEM. SECOND CRITICAL CURRENT WHICH IS THE UPPER BOUNDARY OF CURRENTS REGION WHERE THE RESISTIVE STATE CAN EXIST IS DETERMINED. THE COEFFICIENT OF HEAT TRANSFER THROUGH THE TIN-QUARTZ INTERFACE IS MEASURED.
