THE MERITS OF SEVERAL TECHNIQUES FOR ESTIMATING THE DEGREE OF BACTERIAL RECONTAMINATION OF MILK DURING PROCESSING ARE COMPARED, AND SURVEY RESULTS ARE TABULATED.
