Summary

This article deals with decrees that were issued on the basis of the legislation act of April 20, 2004 on substances that deplete the ozone layer. These decrees impose the following requirements for persons that use or handle controlled substances: to keep a record of these substances, marking of vessels and devices filled with these substances, to keep records of these devices on cards, to inspect the tightness of the installations, to possess a certificate of qualification and to use the appropriate equipment. The addenda to the discussed decrees are presented in the paper.
