Summary
The results are reported of some tests performed on the effects of some new technologies (ultra low oxygen, controlled atmosphere) and on pre-and post-harvest anti-rot treatments to extend the possible use time for the processing of five cvs of clingstone peaches. Cv Frederica could be preserved only 20 days, while cvs Carson, Babygold 6 and Andross could be used for 40 days and cv Klamt for 60 days. A.P.
