Summary

The liquid viscosities of 13 fluorinated dialkylethers which are promising candidates as CFC alternatives were measured at temperatures ranging from 276 to 328 K and atmospheric pressure. The chemical formula of these dialkylethers are given. The liquid viscosities were measured using a torsionally vibrating viscometer within an uncertainty of plus or minus 3%. The liquid viscosities of these compounds decreased exponentially with increase in temperature.
