An investigation on the presence of Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) in semi-preserved seafood was carried out in the Veneto Region during 2009-2010. The presence of L. monocytogenes together with other microbiological and physical-chemical parameters were evaluated the last day of the shelf-life period.
