Summary

IT IS SHOWN THAT DIFFERENT PHASES ARE REALIZED IN THE FILMS. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE LATTICE PARAMETER AND TC (CRITICAL TEMPERATURE) OF NIOBIUM-GERMANIUM COMPOUND IS FOUND. THE INFLUENCE OF HEAT TREATMENT IN THE TEMPERATURE INTERVAL 898-948 K (625-675 DEG C) ON TC AND THE STRUCTURE OF NIOBIUM-GERMANIUM THIN FILMS IS INVESTIGATED. UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, IT IS POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE TC OF FILMS.
