Summary

NIOBIUM-NITROGEN WITH B1 STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED ON THEIR SUPERCONDUCTING CRITICAL TEMPERATURE, UPPER CRITICAL FIELD AND FIELD DEPENDENT CRITICAL CURRENT DENSITY. THE FILM THICKNESS RANGES FROM 0.15 TO 0.6 MICROMETER. THE CRITICAL TEMPERATURE OF FILMS IS STRONGLY INFLUENCED BY ONE OF DEPOSITION PARAMETERS, THE NITROGEN PARTIAL PRESSURE.
