Type of article: Article
Summary
SPECIFIC THERMAL CAPACITY C OF IRON-PALLADIUM-GOLD ALLOY WITH DIFFERENT DEGREES OF ATOMIC ORDER IS STUDIED IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM 3 TO 20 K. < CLUSTER > CONTRIBUTION TO C IS INDEPENDENT OF TEMPERATURE, THAT IS IN GOOD AGREEMENT WITH FORMER CONCLUSIONS MADE ABOUT THE INHOMOGENEITY OF THE ALLOY MAGNETIC STRUCTURE. LINEAR CONTRIBUTION TO THE THERMAL CAPACITY IS CONNECTED WITH THERMAL EXCITEMENT OF ELECTRONS AT THE FERMI LEVEL.
