Maximum cooling load of a heat-engine-driven refrigerator.
Author(s) : WU C.
Type of article: Article
Summary
An endoreversible heat-engine-driven refrigerator system to carry out the conversion of a high-temperature heat transfer into a cooling effect is modelled thermodynamically in the paper. The endoreversible system couples an external irreversible and internal reversible Carnot heat engine with a work-driven external irreversible and internal reversible Carnot refrigerator. The maximum cooling load of such a combined device is analyzed.
