Summary

The text is about regulations issued by the Italian government concerning the use of CFCs, recycling conditions and stopping of manufacture, user's information and sanctions taken in case of non-observance of those rules. This law will take effect on January 1st, 1994. Production, marketing and use of these fluids will cease on 31.12.1999. This law also reproduces the EC regulations n° 3952/92 concerning the CFCs.
