Summary
The article presents marine freezer line that features a thermodynamically optimized freezing plate, a mechanized pushing-through device and a station for previous compression. Its component parts are the freezers, loading and unloading trucks, rail and power supply systems. The freezing capacity is 48 metric tonnes per day to bring fish fillets from 18 deg C down to a core temperature of -25 deg C.
