RESULTS OF A STUDY CARRIED OUT ON DISPLAY CASES CONTAINING QUI CK FROZEN VEGETABLES IN 3 HYPERMARKETS, ONE SUPERMARKET AND ONE FREEZER CENTRE: INVESTIGATIONS ON OPEN-TOP FREEZERS, ANALYSIS OF THE VARIETY OF FOOD (ABILITY TO MEET THE CONSUMERS' REQUIREMENTS, NUMBER OF REFERENCES, NUMBER OFBRANDS), ANALYSIS OF THE LAYOUT BASED ON THE NUMBER OF FACINGS. IT CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT THE VARIETIES ARE LAID OUT IN THE SHOPS IN A LOGICAL AND CONVENIENT WAY ; SOME EFFORTS ARE STILL REQUIRED TO IMPROVE THE LAYOUT IN THE CASE WHEN THENUMBER OF FACINGS IS INSUFFICIENT.
