Summary
By a combination of ion-beam lithography, foil-processing techniques and a micro-electroplating process, new, energy-efficient heating surface and cooling system surfaces with microstructure profiles were developed. Tubes with smooth surfaces with microprofiles were developed, then the efficiency of the boiling heat transfer in R365 was measured.
