Summary
The designs and characteristics of Russian milk coolers completed with refrigerating units produced by ZAO "Ostrov" (Mytischi) are considered. The characteristics of condensing units AK based on Maneurop reciprocating compressors are given. Schemes of refrigeration supply to milk coolers directly from the refrigerating unit with the use of the bottom of the reservoir as a cooling jacket or with the application of a water-cooling machine are presented.
