Summary

This report is part of the UNEP review pursuant to Article 6 of the Montreal Protocol on ODP (see also IIR Bulletin, reference 2003-2649 and this Bulletin, references 2004 - 0458, 2004 - 0459, 2004 - 0461 and 2004 - 0462). Extract from the table of contents: current situation; electronics defluxing (hydrocarbon technology; environmental, health and safety constraints); precision cleaning (HFCs); metal cleaning; dry cleaning; adhesives; aerosol applications; miscellaneous applications; alternatives to ODSs in developing countries (selection of alternatives; environmental, health, and safety constraints and retrofits).
