Summary
Three ammonia refrigerating machines equipped with screw compressors are being installed in Marseille, France, in a hospital whose air-conditioning needs keep rising, particularly because of the growing number of diagnostic machines. The article describes the setting-up of the machines, and their advantages (less than 150 kg of ammonia per machine room is needed).
