Summary
The comparison of some experimental results of thermodiffusion with the prediction of numerical computations leads to the conclusion that the diffusive and thermodiffusive coefficients of the porous material are not well defined. The authors propose, by the mean of an academical study at the scale of a periodic cell of an idealised porous media, a determination of these coefficients, first the case where the transport mechanism is purely diffusive and then the case of a flowing fluid phase.
