Summary
Based on the operating principle of displacement ventilation system, the paper presents the definition of thermal stratification height and the method of numerical calculation. It analyses qualitatively the influencing factors on the thermal stratification height such as supply air temperature and supply air velocity etc., and obtains an experimental formula for dimensionless thermal stratification height.
