Summary
The article presents an analysis of existing methods for obtaining binary (liquid) ice. The conditions of implementing a new version of "vacuum ice" technology are considered in detail for the case of spraying the liquid into a medium with the temperature lower than the crystallization point. An experimental check of the results obtained was performed using physical modelling of the technological process.
