Summary
The existing methods used to obtain binary (liquid) ice are analysed and the conditions of the realization of a new variant of "vacuum ice" with dispersion of a liquid in the environment with the temperature below the crystallization point are considered in detail. The experimental checking of the results in a mode of physical modelling of the process was carried out.
