Summary
Inadequate thermal conditions expressed by both elevated or too low temperatures, by too warm or too cool environment have significant negative effects on human performance. Studies indicate that comfortable cool environment is beneficial for performance of office work. Avoiding elevated temperatures in winter and in summer can bring measurable benefits.
