Summary
In automotive A/C system, the location of thermistor and parameter of on/off temperature have great effect on the comfort of the passenger. This paper takes one kind of mini-sized vehicle as the research object, analyzes the relationship between the frost on the evaporator and cooling capacity; optimizes the location of thermistor and parameter of on/off temperature through the experimental research. The experiment in climatic wind tunnel shows that the temperature in air outlet can be decreased 1.7-2.7°C and the frequency of the compressor's cut-off can be reduced 79.7% after optimizing. And so, the comfort of the passenger and the reliability of the A/C system have been improved.
