THE AUTHORS PRESENT THE RESULTS OF THE TESTS ON A NEW PACKING LINE FOR PRECOOKED FROZEN FOODS. THE LINE IS DESCRIBED AND THE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MANUFACTURE OF PACKAGING EQUIPMENT FROM ALUMINIUM FOILS, OFTHE PROPORTIONING OF THE GARNISH, SAUCES, OF PACKAGING OF FILLED TRAYS AND THEIR LABELLING ARE GIVEN. THE TEST RESULTS LEAD ONE TO RECOMMEND THE LINE FOR MASS PRODUCTION.
