THE TENDENCY TOWARDS INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS HAS LED TO SEPARATION OF EACH DISH (DISHES WITH SEVERAL PARTITIONS ARE ALSO USED TO SEPARATE THE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS OF THE PRECOOKED MEAL).
