Summary

THE ELECTRICAL AND THERMAL CONDUCTIVITIES OF IRON, SILICON, BORON AMORPHOUS FERROMAGNET ARE INVESTIGATED AT LOW TEMPERATURES. THE RESISTIVITY MINIMUM IS OBSERVED AT T = 8 K. IN THIS TEMPERATURE RANGE THE EXPERIMENTAL THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY IS SMALLER THAN THAT OBTAINED FROM THE WIEDEMAN-FRANZ-LORENTZ LAW, WHICH SUGGESTS AN INELASTIC SCATTERING OF CONDUCTION ELECTRONS.
