Summary
The methods of a complex use of recuperated liquid carbon dioxide for foodstuffs cryoprocessing are offered. The scheme and description of a complex technological line of cryogenic processing using recuperated CO2 are cited. The model of an apparatus for complex cryoprocessing of raw materials with the use of CO2 in stages is offered and described in detail; several solutions for a more efficient apparatus operation are examined.
