Performance of a microchannel heat sink used in integrated micro-cooling devices.
Author(s) : SAIDI M. H., SALEHI M., KHIABANI R. H.
Summary
In this paper, both numerical and analytical methods were utilized to predict the performance of single-layer and two-layer microchannel heat sinks. The results were verified with the numerical simulation results that are obtained using CFD methods.
