Summary
The performance of a split-system domestic heat pump was measured with two refrigerants: R22 and Care-50, a proprietary hydrocarbon blend. The heat pump was an unmodified commercially available system. The tests used ISO-13253 rating conditions, including temperatures representative of New Zealand use.
