Physiological-biochemical characteristics of young carp raised from cryopreserved sperm.

Summary
The young carp weighed 129.9 grams on average, compared to 70.1 grams for the traditionally raised control group. Use of food to obtain 1 kg of growth was 1.9 and 3.0, respectively. Protein and fat levels were higher for carp from cryopreserved sperm. Survival rates were almost identical.
