Summary

THE CONCEPT OF SUPERCONDUCTIVITY FROM LOCAL ELECTRON (HOLE) PAIRS IS DISCUSSED. THE POSSIBILITY OF BOSE-EINSTEIN CONDENSATION IN THE SYSTEM OF TWO-ELECTRON CENTERS IN SUPERCONDUCTORS, HIGH CONCENTRATION OF WHICH MAY BE REACHED UPON LASER ANNEALING, IS SHOWN. THE EXPERIMENTAL DATA OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF PURPOSEFUL SEARCH FOR NEW SUPERCONDUCTORS WITH HIGH CRITICAL TEMPERATURE VALUES ARE EXAMINED. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE STRUCTURES IN WHICH THE MEISSNER EFFECT EXISTS AT 20-50 K MAY BE SYNTHESIZED BY HIGH-DOSE IMPLANTATION OF IONS WHICH CREATE CENTERS WITH A LOCAL SILICON OR SILICON CARBIDE ELECTRON PAIR.
