Summary

Fruits of this cultivar were held in ambient conditions (20 more or less 2 deg c and 50-60% relative humidity) until eating maturity was reached. Fruit respiration, changes in firmness, weight loss, drop weight, and changes in peel colour were assessed. Data are presented. Fruits harvested in October and March showed a shorter storage life and reached eating maturity earlier than those harvested in January. Peel colour and fruit DM content were both correlated with fruit maturity at harvest.
