Summary
Southern highbush blueberry cultivars were harvested in Arkansas in 1993 and 1994. Fruits were held at 5 deg C, 90% relative humidity for 21 days then for 1 day at 20 deg C, 80% relative humidity. Southern highbush fruit weights ranged from 1.5 to 2.1 g. Following storage, soluble solids concentration changed little. Other results are given.
