AN ACCURATE THERMOMETRY WITH A GOOD DISTRIBUTION OF AIR FLOW ALLOW TO DETECT ANOMALIES SUCH AS DEFECTS ON COUPLINGS BETWEEN CONTAINER AND AIR DUCTS OR DEFECTS ON CONTAINERS TIGHTENING DOORS, RIPENING OF BANANAS ETC.
