Prospects of using low-temperature adsorption for neon separation into isotopes.

Summary

The results of research on neon separation into isotopes at temperatures of 77-65 K are presented. The scheme and description of laboratory installation for producing neon isotopes are shown. The parameters required for carrying out the separation process are determined. The possibility of forming the liquid neon phase in micropores of sorbent within the temperature range of 77-55 K and its influence on the separation process are demonstrated by the method of frontal chromatographic experiment.
