Kiwifruits cv. Bruno and Hayward were stored at -0.5 °C with 2 kPa O2 and 5 or 7 kPa CO2 or under controlled atmosphere conditions, with or without chemical ethylene absorption or elimination of ethylene by ventilation, or at 0.5 °C with 2 kPa O2 and 5 or 7 kPa CO2, without chemical ethylene absorption. Results of the tests are presented in terms of firmness and titratable acidity.
