SUPERCONDUCTING QUANTUM INTERFERENCE DEVICES ARE MADE OF POLYCRYSTALLINE BULK CERAMICS YTTRIUM-BARIUM-COPPER-OXYGEN, WHICH HAVE THE SPECTRAL NOISE DENSITY OF 8 POWER-29 AND 2 POWER-28 JOULE/HERTZ IN THE FREQUENCY RANGE F = 30 HERTZ AT 77 K. IT IS FOUND THAT THE LOW FREQUENCY TYPE NOISES AND THEIR FREQUENCY LIMIT ARE DEPENDENT ON THE QUALITY GRADE OF THE INITIAL MATERIAL.
