Summary

RAMAN SPECTRA FROM 4 SAMPLES OF THESE CERAMICS ARE MEASURED. ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN THE SPECTRA OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING SAMPLES WITH COOLING DOWN TO TEMPERATURES BELOW THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION REVEALS AN ASYMMETRICAL SINGULARITY WHOSE LOW-FREQUENCY BOUNDARY SPECIFIES THE ENERGY GAP. THE DEPENDENCE OF THE GAP PARAMETER ON TRANSITION TEMPERATURE IS FOUND AND THE TEMPERATURE BEHAVIOUR OF THIS GAP IS STUDIED.
