Récupération : trop d'obstacles pratiques.

Author(s) : BERNIER J.

Type of article: Article

Summary

The author identifies and comments on the obstacles opposing, in practice, the development of CFC recovery. By an investigation of the different types of installation according to their size, he outlines the failure risks of recovery and the more or less absence of sufficient motivation of the operators. Having specified the importance of leakages and the potential percentage recovered according to the fluid and the residual pressure obtained, he proposes a certain number of practical measures to promote a concrete and effective motivation (price policy able to dissuade laxity and to finance recovery, readjusting the E35.421 standard, professional training policy, creation of a real diploma "CFC recovery", etc).
