Summary
Automatic control of the regimes of cooling (heating) of the air by changing the flow rate of cold (hot) water requires stability of water pressure in tubes. This can be rationally achieved from the energy point of view by using regulated pumps and makes it possible to reduce by 66% the annual consumption of electrical energy for operation of pumps.
