Summary

In Belgium, the ban on CFC use was implemented on January 1, 1998. These refrigerants can no longer be used for the repair or maintenance of plants. Moreover, the use of the partially halogenated HCFC R22 in new equipment will be banned as of 2015. This ban is also applicable to mixtures that contain more than 1% v/v R22 (R410A, R401B et R409B).
