Summary
This article provides an overview of the health hazards related to non-compliance with regulatory temperatures and recommends steps to be taken. The household-refrigeration sector was also investigated by an Association Française du Froid (French Refrigeration Association) commission entitled "Foodstuff storage conditions in household refrigerators".
