Summary
The Engineering Division of Cemagref's Refrigerated Processes Department is performing tests and studies on the temperature kinetics of foods in situ, as well as tests on isothermal logistic materials, bulk milk coolers in dairy farms, and temperature recorders. This division also contributes to the setting up and definition of testing of the performance of this equipment. These programmes require unusual refrigerating plants which are described.
