Research on absorption refrigeration technology with a low-grade driving heat source.

Author(s) : CAO W., LU Z., FU D., et al.

Summary

According to the characteristics of the absorption refrigeration cycle driven by a low-grade heat source such as solar energy, waste and exhaust heat, some available cycles and system constructions have been put forward. The lithium bromide absorption refrigeration cycle with refrigerant vapour compression and different types of solution circuit or cooling water circuits have been analysed. The simulation results include the lowest temperature of driving heat source in theory, COP and total heat transfer.
