Summary
The work presents the results of research on the pallet delivery of strawberries. This procedure contributes to the reduction of the loading time by up to 75%, as compared to unpalleted delivery. It also helps to reduce the loss of cold in the product. This type of delivery requires supplementary costs of 16-18% generated by the additional materials used.
