Summary

The work presents the results of research regarding the additional fitting of the refrigerating trailer type 19 AF-5 with elastic putty and synthetic resins, in order to maintain an atmosphere rich in CO2 as long as possible. Also studied were: a device for introducing CO2 in the trailer's body, and the behaviour of strawberries in modified atmospheres having different CO2 concentrations.
